Customer Reviews
Consistent quality, reliable service
I've ordered from Getumbo several times now, mostly Myco-Focus and the Lion's Mane Capsules. This last order was just as smooth as the others. Shipping took about 5 days to reach Denver again, which is pretty standard for them. The product quality is always consistent, which is why I keep coming back.
Easy to order, no fuss
Just got some Umbo Mushroom Bars and a Shaker Bottle. My friend told me about these, so I figured I'd check it out. Website was easy to use, found what I wanted, and checkout was quick. Everything arrived without a hitch. Pretty good experience, honestly.
Myco-Rest is amazing!
I finally tried the Myco-Rest Sleep and it's fantastic! I've been looking for something to help me unwind, and this truly works for me. Ordering was super easy, and my package arrived quickly. I am definitely buying this again, and I'm going to tell everyone about it!
Good value for my first buy
I decided to try Umbo for the first time, mostly because I found a good deal. I got the Performance Mushroom Bundle and saved a bit compared to buying items separately. The free shipping on orders over $75 also helped. It felt like a good purchase overall for the price I paid.
Solid products, minor shipping wait
I purchased the Myco-Rise Energy and some Cordyceps Capsules. The products themselves seem high quality, and I've noticed a difference. The ordering process was straightforward. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, around a week, but everything arrived well-packaged. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status. Overall, happy with the purchase, just wish delivery was a tad faster.
Detailed thoughts on Umbo order
My recent order from Getumbo included the Daily Mushroom Capsules and a couple of Mushroom Extract Tinctures. The website was well-organized, making it easy to find specific products and understand their benefits. I opted for standard shipping, which took about six business days to arrive. The packaging was secure, with each bottle individually wrapped. I had a question about dosage for the tinctures, and their customer support responded to my email within 24 hours with clear, helpful information. The quality of the products appears high; the capsules are easy to swallow, and the tinctures have a mild, earthy taste. I'm satisfied with the overall experience, from browsing to product use.

Hey, thinking about trying out the Myco-Rise for energy. Does this stuff actually work or is it just hype? Also, how long until I'd feel something?
Just curious, how do these Umbo mushroom bars compare to like, a Four Sigmatic or Laird Superfood bar? Are they super earthy tasting?
Does anyone know if Umbo does free shipping? Trying to decide if I should stock up or just get one thing.
Hey, I saw a 10% off code for signing up to the newsletter. Can I use that AND one of those athlete codes, like Jake Plummer's? Trying to get the best deal here.
What's the deal with returns if I buy something and don't like it? Is it a hassle, or pretty straightforward?
